If they find it useful, then they ask for its presentation/demonstration and test trial on no cost no obligation basis. If trials successful then it is recommended for induction/purchase.

The requirement will be floated through tender inquiries or will invite quotation directly.

Contract is generally awarded to lowest bidder, conforming to required specifications and terms/conditions.The purchases are made according to priority and availability of funds.
